…are the feet of him who brings good news.’ – Isaiah 52:7
I have been in Kansas City for almost three weeks now and this verse keeps being spoken over me in various ways. I have heard it directly from God, in visions from leaders, in words from friends and I’m beginning to understand the significance for my life. There is something so precious about the calling to go out into the nations and preach the gospel.
God has been increasing my hunger for His word hugely since I have been here and as that hunger increases, with it comes a burden to intercede for those who have never had the opportunity to hear the gospel or who have given their lives to Jesus but can’t freely proclaim His goodness.
There are many injustices which stir my heart but lately I’ve been realising that the worst of all is that so many people have still never had the chance to encounter the saving power of Jesus’ love.
Last week I discovered that I will be going to East Asia on outreach. There is a real heavy oppression against the Church there and The Lord has given me a heart to proclaim His truth to the young people and stand alongside Christians as they intercede for their nations. I am so honoured that He has given me this opportunity.
The cost of outreach will be £3100 ($5000). It is a large amount of money but I believe that God has called me and will be faithful to provide the finances. I also need people who would be willing to pledge to support me on a month to month basis while I am away. All money donated will go towards my fees for the outreach and ministry costs while I am away. Please prayerfully consider donating or pledging your support. Every amount is a blessing to me.
